An emerging social enterprise, Cascade is run by Lindy Booth - an experienced charity and business manager - who has recently been joined by Lauren Evans, an experienced HR Professional. 

We provide training and consultancy services primarily for the Social Purpose/Third Sector across the South West of England.

We aim to fill gaps in training provision, rather than directly compete with other organisations providing similar or related services; also to offer opportunities for shared learning and the ‘cascading’ of information within and between organisations with a social purpose remit.

We are also now working with a growing number of public and private sector agencies and businesses and are delighted to be launching new programmes for school governors and staff from 2010. Please  click here  for more information.

Since it was set up in 2007, hundreds of people have attended Cascade courses and many return for more!

While much of the training we offer is concerned with management, leadership and communication issues, we are gradually increasing the range of courses we provide and we are particularly pleased to be able to offer a new range of broadly financial and operational courses.

All of Cascade's trainers are knowledgeable professionals who are highly regarded in their fields of expertise. As well as 'open' courses, we can provide tailored 'inhouse' training, as required.
